I’m a Senior UX researcher and learning strategist who builds clarity inside complex systems. My work focuses on making real behavior observable—how people, tools, and workflows actually interact—so teams can act with confidence rather than intuition. Recently, I built a research practice from zero while delivering decision-ready insights across cancer screening, chronic care, and digital scheduling, turning invisible staff effort into visible, scalable infrastructure. I work across clinical, operational, and digital teams to align intent, workflow, technology, and human context into coherent systems that improve outcomes and reduce friction. My strength is creating shared understanding that lasts—research that doesn’t just inform a project, but changes how an organization learns and decides.
